week after prague... studio review 2 and no sleep

The week after Prague was insane and filled with only work on our studio projects. What really makes me mad about our class is that there are five groups and one of the groups the professor loves because he gave them their idea for the project, another group he likes because they are all grad students...and he doesn't like our group at all. So anything we come up with he hates and makes us start over while all the other groups are advancing farther and farther. The same thing happened on Tuesday. He trashed our project and said it looks like we are not working at all, even though we work harder than some other groups. Basically that meant we had two days to design a completely new project and come up with a presentation on it, plus have other classes to deal with. It was absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, we didn't sleep. We came up with a project and were just hoping he would like it, but really feeling like he would absolutely hate it. In our opinions it was the worst one we had come up with because it was so rushed. On the day of the review, our other reviewer never showed up so only our professor was there to hear about it. We had to go first which was a good thing because i was so nervous I was fixing to throw up and I needed to just get it over with. Much to our surprise, he really liked it. I mean we still are behind most other groups, but finally we have a design he likes! After studio, I went back and went to sleep at 8:30 and then woke up at 3 to pack for Paris, and we left at 3:45 for the airport.
